Divine House, Inc. is currently hiring kind, compassionate and responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in a licensed group home in Hutchinson, MN.
A DSP works in a home environment to assist individuals with disabilities with activities such as medication administration, grooming, dressing, shopping, cooking, laundry, community involvement, etc. The DSP must possess basic problem-solving skills, have a strong desire to help others reach their goals, and be motivated to work as a team to improve the quality of life of the individuals served while ensuring a safe and healthy environment. A DSP must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and be able to document accurately and legibly.
Must be able to pass Minnesota Department of Human Services background study.
Must have a valid driver’s license. (unless working a overnight shift only)

Job Description: Exciting position for an energetic, self-motivated individual who can work as a team and independently. This individual will have dual responsibilities helping Licensing Director in the office with paperwork, filing, making phone calls and some light computer work. Individual will also help clean and beautify our divine homes for upcoming Licensing’s. Onsite training will be provided. Qualified candidates must pass background check and have a valid Driver’s License. Staring pay will range from $14-$16 depending on experience.
